In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "4c444" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 4c444 online casino and sports betting platform operated at https://4c444.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 4c444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 4c444 platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Game" or "Betting Market" refers to any casino game, live dealer table, slot title, keno draw, crash game, or sports betting market made available through the 4c444 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive issued to a Player by 4c444 subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must stake on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which Account balances are maintained on the 4c444 platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of National Identity Card (NID), proof of address, and payment method confirmation.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms & Conditions apply.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4c444. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox presented during registration, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy;
• You agree to be bound by any amendments to these Terms that are notified to you in accordance with Section 14.

Continued use of the 4c444 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

To register and maintain an active Account on the 4c444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 4c444 maintains a strict minimum age policy; we do not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion restriction placed through the 4c444 responsible gaming programme.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling for personal recreational purposes is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 4c444 or any of its affiliated game content providers.

Each Player may hold one Account only on the 4c444 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through inadvertent re-registration — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 4c444 will merge or close the additional account(s), and any bonuses received across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and preferred payment method identifiers. You must notify 4c444 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected].

4c444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account, which may include requesting additional documentation such as proof of address, source of funds declaration, or enhanced identity confirmation. Failure to cooperate with EDD requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any other individual. 4c444 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available as an optional security feature in your account settings. 4c444 will never request your password through any communication channel.

5.1 Deposits. Players may fund their 4c444 Account using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to the Account within 5 minutes of confirmed payment. 4c444 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider's standard transaction fees may apply.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard processing time is 1–4 hours for mobile financial service (MFS) withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. 4c444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳25,000 or any withdrawal where account verification has not been completed.

5.3 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute through your payment provider in respect of a confirmed deposit is considered fraudulent conduct. 4c444 reserves the right to suspend your account immediately upon notice of a chargeback claim, withhold any withdrawable balance pending investigation, and refer the matter for further action.

5.4 Source of Funds. 4c444 reserves the right to request evidence of the lawful source of funds deposited into any Account. This is a standard compliance procedure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Players who cannot satisfactorily demonstrate a lawful source of funds may have withdrawal requests deferred until verification is completed.

4c444 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a bonus is specifically designated as "no wagering", all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, sports betting, keno, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the bonus terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Some promotions specify a maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated with bonus funds. This cap will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are offered on the basis of one per household, one per IP address, one per device, and one per payment method account (bKash / Nagad / Rocket number).
• Abuse Prevention: 4c444 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where abuse is identified, bonuses will be forfeited and accounts may be suspended.

All casino games and keno titles available on the 4c444 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent of all previous outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the Game Information page of the 4c444 website.

Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers at studio facilities operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These providers operate under their own regulatory certifications. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer round, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned to Players' Accounts.

Sports betting markets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the Board of Control for Cricket in India, or the Fédération Internationale de Football Association). 4c444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result cannot be officially confirmed within a reasonable period or where the integrity of the event is in question.

In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed in the 4c444 platform interface and the result recorded in the 4c444 server log, the server log shall be the definitive record. 4c444's decision on game outcome disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 16.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4c444 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to gain an advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 4c444 platform — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Colluding with other Players to gain a competitive advantage in multiplayer games or betting pools;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting on sports markets;
• Using the platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 4c444 support staff or other players in any community or in-platform communication channel.

9.1 Suspension by 4c444. 4c444 may suspend or close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, has provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended for investigation, 4c444 will use reasonable endeavours to complete the investigation within 30 days and notify the Player of the outcome.

9.2 Closure by Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Any bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

9.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 4c444 will notify the Player by email prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining Account balance if less than ৳100). Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support at any time.

All content on the 4c444 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4c444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 4c444 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational enjoyment. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 4c444 content; scrape or data-mine the platform; or use any 4c444 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4c444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

4c444's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 4c444 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4c444 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 4c444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and address technical issues promptly, but scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.

4c444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4c444 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing with per-account unique salts and are never stored in plain text. 4c444 will never sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision — 4c444 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 4c444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law as they apply to online service agreements. 4c444 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the applicability of Bangladesh consumer protection principles to the extent consistent with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you may have as a consumer under applicable local law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. 4c444 does not make any representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no responsibility for Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.
